USA Men's Hoops Fall to Italy

Wake up call? Damn right!

I just don't think that they've come together as a team yet. They've only practiced for a week now and played a few games. Remember, this is pre-Olympics competition and there's nothing really to worry about. But, this is the USA team! They're supposed to be dominating!

Too many turnovers! USA had 26 compared to Italy's 10. That was the backbreaker, plus the fact that Italy was money from downtown.

Overall, I guess I could care less about the whole Olympics thing. USA should win the gold medal, but now the teams that USA fields for the competitions will never match up to the '92 Barcelona team.
