Ryan Newman's New ALLTEL/Mobil 1 Dodge Charger

With Daytona Testing in full-swing, Ryan Newman unveiled his new 2005 paint scheme in Daytona.

The paint scheme itself is somewhat an improvement, with more sweeping blacks and blues while staying true to the all-white hoood. The most notable change is the body of the new Dodges this year, as the Intrepid was finally retired and the "new" Charger was implemented as the new body.

The front of the car resembles the Chevy Monte Carlo with its "scooped" headlights. This should help the front downforce of the car on fast, curvy tracks -- but this might hamper the car at restrictor-plate super-speedway tracks like Daytona and Talladega.

Overall, a damn fine automobile. It should see its first running during the Budweiser Shootout a few days prior to the Daytona 500.
