What Next?!

Katie and I are having some difficulty with our own house. Last Sunday, just as soon as Katie got out of the shower, our microwave started to freak out. It was beeping left and right, flickering on and off -- so I unplugged it. Plus, our phone was out.

Okay ... have you ever seen "Poltergeist?"

I guess it all stems down to the motor in our sump-pump in the basement. It's shot, no good. It was sucking so much power, that we are experiencing a brown-out. So far, we got no washer (dryer works), no oven (as I discovered last night), and now -- no water heater. I found that out yesterday morning. Major "shrinkage."

The landlords do know about it, so hopefully they can figure out something today.
