Weekend Plans

Not much going into the second weekend of December ... just heading back to the Home Town to take care of Cody.

The folks are away on a short trip due to business, so I'm basically taking care of my un-official brother of the family. It's almost border-line pathetic how well my own father takes care of this dog -- to the point where Cody shares the bed with him.

But Code's the Dog, an extremely good hunting dog. Although he still cannot wrap his jaws around a pheasant's body, he's still getting a hang of it.

Besides, it's always good to head back. Especially now that it is extremely cold outside, that just makes the hot tub just that much better! Just might have to throw a party ...
